Terms and Conditions

The customer agrees to be bound by this sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Indo Survey Equipment. In which case the separate agreement shall govern).

Payment for survey equipment purchased and all additional costs and charges shall be made in United States Dollar (USD) by electronic transfer to the PT. Indo Survey Equipment bank account.

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, PT. Indo Survey Equipment reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer's price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

PT. Indo Survey Equipment uses its best efforts to put accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but PT. Indo Survey Equipment makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy.

PT. Indo Survey Equipment assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.
